In the heart of the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City, talented singer Lucía blends traditional Mexican genres with modern sounds in her sunny apartment. She often hosts gatherings to celebrate the release of a new project or enjoy her vinyl record collection. She requested a custom area rug for the existing items in her music room. This artwork, painted in a primary color scheme, inspired the final color palette. Much like her approach to music, I designed an original area rug that combines traditional Mexican hues with modernist design principles.
